‘This season is a joke’: Nisqy won’t play next season

Fnatic mid laner Nisqy has had all the announcements confirmed that he won’t be playing next season.

The player has expressed his disappointment following a report that he “likely” will not be able to compete for 2022 League of Legends Season. “Last-minute buybacks aren’t everything, negotiation time is crucial but this season is a fucking joke ngl,” Nisqy said in a social media post.

Cloud9, who reportedly wanted to sign the Belgian mid laner to replace Perkz, was unwilling to agree to Fnatic’s asking price and was “greedy” with the negotiations, by Pablo Suárez of Dot Esports.

According to Suárez, Fnatic’s poor time management was also a factor in this deal’s decline, leaving Nisqy in an unfortunate position, according to Suárez.

Coinciding with Nisqy’s situation, Fnatic will part ways with top laner Adam and jungler Bwipo, who have already signed and signed with BDS . group and Team Liquid, as reported by Dot Esports.

Nisqy’s replacement is yet to be confirmed. “Most likely I won’t be playing next season,” Nisqy said on his Twitch stream on November 12.

The 2022 LEC Spring Split is scheduled to begin in January.
