This nonalcoholic cocktail gets depth and balance from an Italian orange syrup
Make a drink: Chill a cocktail. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add chinotto syrup, lemon, maple syrup, aquafaba or egg whites, vinegar, and salt shaker, and shake vigorously to chill. Strain out the ice and shake again (to increase foam), then pour into a chilled glass and serve.
