For players who love Pokemon, catching a shiny Pokemon will be one of their biggest dreams. One of the easiest ways to get a shiny Pokemon is to get it at the start of the game. That’s when you pick your starter, you hope it’s shiny. There is a workaround where you keep restarting the game until you get shiny and a lot of players out there have already gotten a solution through this method.

Now if you’ve done this trick in the past, you might also be wondering if you can do this in Legends Arceus as well. Well, there’s some bad news for you. Those who start in the game are locked shiny. This means that no matter how many restarts your game takes, you won’t be able to get a shiny boot.

Now, initially, you have to follow the Professor’s request and catch all three warm-ups. Please note that you can end up with shiny here and we found a point in our play as well. However, by the time you select your bootloader, it will reset to its normal form, which is a pity. When it comes to the odds, we have a one in 4096 chance of catching one, so you’ll still have a hard time catching these shinies.
