The 33-year-old insists that their relationship extends beyond sports and that they will remain best friends. Kohli went on to praise him for the decision.

De Villiers was also quick to admit his captains were not as affectionate as he replied, “Love you so much my brother.Protea Legends has accumulated a whopping 8756 runs in Test, 9577 in ODI, 1672 in T20I and 5162 in IPL. Aside from his phenomenal six-point strike across the ground, he’s also a pretty good shooter and hitter.
