It’s not on a regular basis that police get a name a aircraft is deserted on a freeway.
According to NBC, that’s what occurred in Montana. Fortunately, an area resident gave cops a tip and the pilot and two passengers have been discovered at an area resort. Kacey Gessner advised police he needed to make an emergency touchdown when the gasoline tanks malfunctioned.
Then it was found the aircraft was stolen…and Gessner had 4 excellent warrants. One of many passengers was taken to jail with Gessner and the Cessna is being taken again to its hangar.
