Jacqi Hornbach of Batesville, Indiana, was sitting outdoors final week when she saw a moment she couldn’t resist sharing. Hornback informed the story on Facebook.

“I used to be canine sitting for a buddy final week and was having fun with the great climate outdoors when a funeral procession got here into the cemetery throughout the road. These two younger males have been driving their bikes and noticed the flag of the deceased navy man,” she wrote.

“They instantly stopped driving, bought off their bikes, and stood with respect as TAPS was being performed. I needed to snap a pic as I used to be so pleased with these two younger males,” she wrote.

“Their mother and father ought to be so proud, and im positive the serviceman was in heaven smiling down on them,” she posted.

The story drew a reply from a consumer who wrote, “That was my grandpas funeral. Thanks a lot to these two younger boys.”

Hornbach then replied,I’m very sorry in your loss. I hope this introduced you and your loved ones slightly little bit of consolation!!”

An obituary famous that Charles Everett Yorn of Batesville died on August 29 on the age of 89 and had his funeral service held final Thursday. The obituary mentioned that “graveside navy honors [were] carried out by the Batesville VFW Put up #3183 and Prell-Bland American Legion Put up #271.”
