The Trilogy, the old PC version returns to the store

Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Final Edition launched just over a week ago and it was not a smooth launch. That’s me being diplomatic, mind. NS GTA trilogy remaster is a mess, which received outrage and disappointment from many fans of the series. Graphics bugs and glitches are just the tip of the iceberg, with many calling out Rockstar for incredible versions of its favorite games. Company today acknowledge past concerns NS GTA trilogy, apologized and promised to update and bring the PC versions back to its online store.
“First, we would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who has experienced problems playing these games,” Rockstar wrote in its online newsletter. “NS Grand Theft Auto The series – and the games that make up this iconic trilogy – are as special to us as we know them to fans around the world. Updated versions of these classic games did not launch in a state that met our own quality standards or the standards expected by our fans.”
Rockstar then announced that GTA trilogy remaster will receive the updates. It writes that there are “ongoing plans to address technical issues and improve each future match.” The trio is receiving a Title Update to address the issues, and Rockstar will announce it upon release.
Original PC version is coming back
Rockstar also announced that the original PC version of the GTA The game will return to the store. They will be grouped together and will be free for those who have purchased GTA: Trilogy – Final Edition starting at launch and through June 30, 2022. This bundle will only be available through the Rockstar Store, meaning Steam versions will likely remain wasted.
As a final note, Rockstar has asked people to stop harassing its teams online. With the internet, well, the internet, I’m not surprised to hear this news. Disappointment aside, don’t dismiss it for developers or Community Management. Come on.
