Cackling Kamala Harris has received some bad press lately. Two assistants give up. The Democrats are clearly worried that she’s too cute and unpopular she will ruin everything for all women to be able to run for office. And now there are a report that she’s a “bully” and “soul-destroying boss.”
That report, first published by Washington Post (which shows you how bad it is that even the regime media come out against her, has this to say:
Rumors began circulating in July: Vice President Harris’ staff was wilting in a dysfunctional and frustrated office, burned to the ground just months after taking historic oaths and pondering exit strategies. her retreat.
[…]The quartet of soon-to-be-empty desks raised questions about why Harris transitioned to the top ranks of the Democratic Party, an issue that has led her to nearly 18 years of community service, including her historic but uneventful first year as vice president. Now, questions about her management extend to whether it will hinder her ability to seek and manage the presidency.
[…]One former employee said: “Obviously you don’t work with someone who is willing to prepare and do the work. “With Kamala, you are subjected to countless criticisms that destroy her soul and her own lack of confidence. So you’re constantly defending a bully and it’s not really clear why. “
The report goes on to cite other sources who have worked with Kamala, some of them positive about her and some of them quite negative about her and her style.
Basically, her critics and even advocates say that she is a demanding boss, demanding that those who work for her work long hours, do a lot of prep work. which she should probably do and has a habit of being a bit aggressive towards employees.
And while those qualities aren’t the worst in the world and common to many DC politicians, they’re a big deal in Harris’ case because she doesn’t seem to be going anywhere.
She, in the eyes of those cited in the article, has done little to make her vice presidency a success, not likable enough to go much further in the political arena, and otherwise there are no worthy qualities that can make her negative qualities and the chaos in her office worthwhile.
Although her office did not respond to the Washington Post for comment, one of her employees said this on Twitter, possibly in an attempt to counter the criticism:
