The skills you need to unlock first in The Witcher: Monster Slayer

The Witcher: Monster Slayer was released in late July to a warm reception, with a lot of praise for the fledgling game. The Witcher: Monster Slayer is a GPS-based mobile game focused on quests, crafting, and combat – and it feels surprisingly complicated, for a mobile title.

As players level up, they receive skill points that can be allocated to one of three Skill Trees: Combat, Alchemy and Marks. Every Witcher Monster Slayer Upgrading Skill Trees usually grants bonuses related to their category. In addition, the player can receive a skill point for defeating a specific number of the same enemy.

When it comes to Witcher: Monster Slayer skills, there are useful choices and there are skills that every player should avoid. However, The Witcher: Monster Slayer’s best skills are the ones that offer abilities, new recipes, or power-ups so massive that it’s hard to imagine playing without them. You should spend some points in each tree to keep them balanced, but some late game skills (like Undying at the end of The Witcher: Monster Slayer skill tree for Combat) are just worth building.


Alchemy skill


Witcher Monster Slayer Learn Alchemy Skills

The Alchemy Skill Tree grants bonuses related to the crafting system in The Witcher: Monster Slayer, not only include Medicines and Oils. In the Alchemy Skill Tree, players can upgrade the potency of equipped consumables as well as unlock new crafting recipes.

It seems like an underground tree, as it doesn’t necessarily directly increase the player’s damage or unlock any mid-battle abilities. However, Witcher Monster Slayer the best builds are mainly based on Alchemy skills as they are long lasting and open alternate doors to victory in battle.


Cat – Night Damage Potion

Normally, the player could only equip a single potion for support, but this skill allowed another skill. Squall – Sword / Sign Damage Potion

Similar to the Cat Potion skill, Squall Potion can only be crafted once its recipe has been learned in the Alchemy Skill Tree. When it’s raining outside, Squall is amazing option for any player who does not have a more useful Oil against Monsters.

Steady Target – Bombs Faster

There’s nothing worse than just having enough health left to finish off enemies, drop bombs as a last resort, and die before the bombs land. Not only is it a waste of an important resource, but it’s also very annoying. The Stabilization Target skill, along with the Advanced Stabilization Target skill, is considerable reduce the time it takes to equip an explosive and throw it, with the second mode performing actual bombing immediately.

Witcher Monster Slayer Learn Signs Skill Tree

The Sign Skill Tree, of course, involves casting Marks, unlocking new Signs, and improving the player’s ability to cast these special spells in general. This is an important skill tree to level up as it unlocks two signs that are not available by default.

The Aard Sign is one of two Unlockable Signs in The Witcher: Monster Slayer. In The Witcher 3, Aard is similar to using Force Push from Star Wars. It interrupts enemies, blows up debris, and can throw attackers off balance. In The Witcher: Monster Slayer, the Aard sign can be used to damage and delay the opponent’s attack cycle.

Signs of Acquaintance – Signs of Absorption

The Acquaintance sign is the second unlockable sign in the game. familiar, in The Witcher 3, is a defensive spell that can mean the difference between life and death in tough battles. In The Witcher: Monster Slayer, the purpose of Quen is largely the same, Take 70% less damage for the next hit that hasn’t been fired yet.


Focus – Slow time during transmission

The Marks Skill Tree’s Spotlight skill can be extremely useful, especially at higher levels. Adrenaline Burst – Faster critical charge

The skill Adrenaline Burst is useful for Witchers who find themselves relying on signs during a fight. It Charge the Key Hit Meter for each Sign players use, rapidly increasing the speed at which the player can perform these high-damage moves. This skill can be unlocked relatively far in the Marks skill tree, but it’s worth preselecting any Intensity perks that achieve the same (but more targeted) effect.

The Combat Skill Tree is all about reducing damage with Swords, giving Parries side effects, and improving the Critical Hit Meter in a number of ways. When it comes down to it, this Skill Tree is the simplest way to increase one’s damage output, although it’s not quite as powerful (in the meta sense) as the other two.

The first two major effects granted by the Battle Skill Tree are simple damage upgrades – Muscle memory for quick attacks and strength training for strong attacks. Then a lot More complex options become available, including the ability to reflect damage and reduce damage occurring under specific circumstances.

Solve – Protect critical hits

Resolve is a Combat Skill Tree skill that makes it a lot safer to take big risks with late hits. Normally, Perfect Parry can still be eliminated even when the Monster is in the middle of an attack, something skilled players can take advantage of for one final hit before stepping back to defend. When this strategy fails, Solving can relieve your Critical Hit Gauge from taking damage.


Hit Reflection – Reflects partial damage

When fighting against enemies with long attack movements, this skill can give enough time to finish them off before the actual final blow of the enemy. It’s at the bottom of the Combat tree, but its unique effect is worth speculating only on the tree.


Precise blows and grinding

The skills Precise Blows and Crushing Blows achieve the same effect, but for two different attack patterns. They both increase the rate that Critical Hit Meter charges, but Precise Blows only affects Quick Attacks while Crushing Blows affects Strong Attacks. They are two of the first options the player has access to in the skill tree after Level 1, and both are worth picking up as soon as possible for Witcher: Monster Slayer construct.
