The Rock Teased How ‘Black Adam’ Will Change The DC Universe

While promotions are in full swing for Dwayne Johnson’s Disney movie based on an amusement park outing, he’s still putting all his energy into filming. Black Adam for DC Universe. The superstar actor heavily promoted the film and provided several updates on filming through social media messages from the set.
While many of his updates are basically his amazing photos with some teasing of the costume he’s going to wear, Johnson announced that filming included another kind of tease that larger DC Universe fans will certainly be interested in considering.
On Friday, Johnson announced that Black Adam finished filming, sharing a video of his speech with the cast and crew as things went awry on set. Johnson called it “the hardest work of my entire career” both physically and mentally, but stressed that the experience was worth it in the end.
It’s a wrap on BLACK ADAM️
Amazing journey.
The hardest job of my entire career physically and mentally.
Worth every second.
Infinite gratitude to my over 1,000 crew members, cast and director, Jaume Collet-Serra.
The hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is changing.

Interestingly, he teased that the “balance” of power in the DC Universe is about to shift.
“The power hierarchy in the DC Universe is changing,” he wrote.
What that means for the film’s actual story is as ambiguous as Johnson’s other posts about the film because of the complicated source material. But it’s the latest big tease from Johnson about a project he’s clearly excited about.
We’ll have to see what all that really means when Black Adams in theaters, currently scheduled for July 29, 2022.
