The Microsoft 365 admin center will now address issues that require action

Microsoft has announced that it will add a new section to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center Services health dashboard.

The company notes that sometimes problems can arise in your environment that require an administrator to act on. These types of problems are not caused by unhealthy Microsoft services, but by something specific to your organization.

Admins will have a new section in the Service Health dashboard marked “Issues in your environment that require action”.


Issues shown in this section will require an administrator to take action to resolve. The issues shown in this new section are not problems with Microsoft services but can affect them if left unnoticed.


  • Usage quota is about to be exceeded
  • Service adjustment due to client side problem
  • Client Certificate Expired

Microsoft will roll out the new part starting in late November and is expected to finish in early December. The Microsoft 365 admin center will now address issues that require action
