The Makeup in ‘Euphoria’ Season Two Will Be Glitter-Free — Interview

“We were really big because we lacked the platform,” said Davy, and that will be true for the new season as well. Instead of the heavy foundation makeup typically used for other TV shows, she switched to tinted, shiny sunscreen to bring out the actors’ naturally bright skin. Davy’s top pick is Colorescience Sunforcements Total Protection Face Shield Glow, which is vibrant yellow and has SPF 50.

7. Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation

If extra insurance To be needed, Davy took the Chantecaille Future Skin Foundation. “It melts into the skin and looks a lot like skin,” she says. Sometimes, she even adds a drop of sunscreen to create a custom-blended BB cream. (Make an artist Molly R. Stern also swear by it for giving mature skin a dew-like ending.)

Because of Happiness Filmed on a 35mm camera, “the soft and grainy texture is on top of everything,” says Davy. “We always cover blemishes and whatever, but we’re embracing super-light skin and don’t really worry if it’s too glossy because it’s not HD. It’s blurry.”

8. No false eyelashes

Instead of sticking to the dramatic false eyelashes in part two, Davy favored thick bottom lashes that were brushed with loads of mascara. This look helps the caps of the characters fit into the rougher look of the new episodes.

9. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze

The last product that Davy mentioned on our call was Anastasia Beverly Hill Brow Freeze. She brushed her brows with translucent wax to lock them in place while filming. SeductiveHis Nicola Dall’Asen also loved it for its softness eyebrow soap function.

Now that I know what Davy is working on, my imagination is doing its best to piece them together and dreaming of the possible glimpses we’ll soon see of Rue, Jules, Maddy, Kat and the rest of the cast. Release date for Happiness Season two has yet to be announced, but it can be said that it can’t come anytime soon. My face is ready for the inspiration that Davy is sure to convey.
