Miller was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after police said the actor snatched the mic from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts.

Miller was aggravated performing the ballad “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, Hawaii Police Assistant Kenneth Quiocho said.

Miller is also scheduled for Tuesday in a separate traffic case. Police were called to a dispute in downtown Hilo last month, where Miller was uncooperative, refused to leave the area and obstructed a sidewalk, Quiocho said.

Miller’s attorney in Hawaii did not immediately return a message seeking comment on the latest arrest. Another attorney and Miller’s representative also did not immediately respond to messages requesting comment.
