Any candidate or candidates who have sold their membership can get a big start whenever the party’s national council officially kicks off the leadership race.

The party’s Leadership Election Organization Committee (LEOC) has yet to be announced, but its decisions on race shape could have a serious impact on which candidate ultimately wins.
