TFT Set 6 NA Zaun Cup start date, format and viewing method

A total of 160 top rankers in North America Total Combat Tactics players will compete in the Zaun Cup, with 4 going to Set 6 Gizmos & Gadgets The end of the episode.

Scheduled to take place from January 21 to 23, TFT Zaun Cup will introduce Patch 12.2. Within three days, only the final two seasons will be officially broadcast on Twitch, starting at 6pm CT on Saturday and Sunday. The Zaun Cup was NA’s final qualifying tournament leading up to the Mid-Finals Finals, scheduled for February 4-6.

The path to the Mid-Round Final consisting of the top finishers from Piltover Cup, the TFT Set six Challenger series, and the Zaun Cup — along with the 22 highest qualifying points earned, with no invitations yet. From the Mid-Final Finals, a total of four competitors will earn a spot in the Regional Finals and have a chance to compete at TFT World in 2022.

TFT Zaun Cup Format

Similar to the Piltover Cup taking place in November, the top competitors in North America will say goodbye to each other at the Zaun Cup. Sitting at the top of the ladder is C9 k3soju, followed by Milk, TL robinsongz and Ramblinnn. Also grouped with the players who received the goodbyes were the ones who finished the most from the Piltover Cup. The first day will start with a total of 128 opponents playing three games in the same lobby. The top four from each lobby advance to play three other games, with the top four from those games advancing to day two.

Day two will feature the top 32 players of day one, and the 32 competitors have had a bye day. 64 players will play a total of five games, with the top four from each lobby advancing to the third knockout round of the day.

A total of 32 opponents will qualify for the Zaun Cup knockout round out of 160, playing a total of five matches through four corridors. Winners from each lobby will receive an invitation to participate TFT Episode six last part mid-episode.

How to watchTFT Broadcasting the Zaun Cup

There is no main broadcast for the first day of the Zaun Cup. Starting at 6 p.m. CT on January 22 and 23, fans can watch all the action unfold through Total Combat Tactics Twitch channel. Participating in the event were Erik “DoA” Lonnquist, Riley “Jirachy” Matties, Casanova, Dan “Frodan” Chou and Nathan “Admirable” Zamora.
