She said she always wondered if the members of the paparazzi as well as those in the service industry could celebrate Diwali with their loved ones as they are always working. She called this ecosystem harsh in her article, which read as follows.

“The celebrity business is a strange thing and depends on a lot of factors and a lot of people… one such group is the paparazzi. the other is the service industry. I often guiltily wonder, as we get banged, if the dads (in our image-hungry age) ever get to celebrate with their nearest and dearest. I mean, I know it’s a job they do, but still. It really is a strange and harsh ecosystem… and we are all a part of it! However. Happy Diwali to the good old paparazzi! Aap nahi hotey toh hum nahi hotey! Happy Diwali!”
