Svenskeren says he hasn’t found a new team for the 2022 League season

After expansion League of Legends career, veteran jungler Svenskeren couldn’t find a roster for next year, he revealed on Twitter today. This will be the first time in his career that he is without a team after relocating to North America.
“I’ve been playing in the LCS since season three without missing a single game and this will be the first time I don’t get to play,” Svenskeren said. social media. “NA has been my home for the past six years and it’s sad to think that last summer might be the last time I play there.”
Svenskeren also said he remains confident in his abilities as a player. The 25-year-old lives in Denmark and will be on all calls from NA teams. Even if Svenskeren is picked by a team, there’s still a chance we won’t see him at LCS level, as most teams already have a starting jungler on their roster.
Since Svenskeren is a North American resident, his options for returning to Europe are also limited as he will be counted as imported. As a result, not many teams might be willing to use him, especially given the number of rising stars available across the European League.
Over the past two years, Svenskeren has played for Evil Geniuses to great success. The team reached the knockout stages in all of his four seasons with the team, but they never won a championship or made it to Worlds. He also shared a lot of time with the jungler who replaced Contractz near the end of Summer 2021. Before that, he played very well against Cloud9 and TSM, where he won three LCS trophies.
