Subway train collides with shopping cart, snarling commutes


A subway practice collided with a purchasing cart on the tracks at Fulton Road Station in Manhattan Monday, resulting in a hearth and quickly knocking out rush hour A and C practice service between Brooklyn and Manhattan.
