With the upcoming launch of the Steam Deck, it appears like Valve is including extra high quality of life enhancements to Steam.

A brand new replace has been launched within the beta channel, bringing a brand new storage supervisor.

The brand new interface includes a tabbed view itemizing all of the drives in your system, a visible illustration of what varieties of information are taking on storage (video games, DLC, and different apps), and an inventory of all of the video games in every drive.

It is a large enchancment from the earlier interface, which was actually only a record of the place your library was situated, what number of video games have been put in in every drive, and the way a lot used and free house there was.

If you’d like early entry to the brand new storage supervisor, opt-in to the Steam beta channel by heading to Steam Settings, the Accounts tab, then toggle on Beta Participation. After a restart, you’ll find the storage supervisor both in downloads or by way of Steam Settings
