Star Wars Old Republic’s new character creation and loading system is now on PTS

We know you’re all disappointed in The Legacy of Sith Procrastination, but you still have the option to use the expansion on the Star Wars The Old Republic test server. With the latest PTS update, players now have access to the Create New Character screen and Reload feature in addition to other Legacy of the Sith content being tested.

Players will now be able to experiment with the new character customization UI, Origin Stories class generation system, and new customization options. Once in the game, they’ll also be able to use the new Loadouts system to create gear presets that will allow them to quickly swap gear and gameplay for more flexibility during combat.

The latest PTS build also comes with a new Legendary Item system, level 80 game rate, and a Veterans edition of Elom Flashpoint. New PTS patch notes are now on Star Wars The Old Republic Official Website.

In case you missed the announcement, Legacy of the Sith is now scheduled to release on February 15, 2022. The Betrayed trailer of the game below should sum up the community’s emotions quite well.
