Stacy Martin Busts Disco Moving During Louis Vuitton Holiday 2021 Campaign – WWD

FREE RUN: Stacy Martin performing a dance move on Candi Staton’s disco classic “Young Hearts Run Free” is one of the highlights of the show. Louis Vuitton2021’s holiday campaign of 2021, which seeks to capture the bravery of youth.

Directed by Augustus Punch, the collective founded by Diesel Schwarze and Alexandra Bolton, with creative direction by Roman Coppola, the short film follows the French-British actress as she explores a “Holiday House” The fiction is filled with eerie attractions, from a tree trunk turned into a doll’s house with tiny humans gathered around the Christmas tree, to a carnival dance floor.

Children playing in Vuitton suitcases were transported to a snowy mountain area, while Martin, dressed in a silver sequined dress and vest decorated with chains, passed through a blue curtained room where people – and Vuitton bags – hovering above soft man-made clouds.

“We hope viewers experience our vision and the spirit with which it was created, which is to reach out to friends and family, the joy of giving gifts, to appreciate beautifully crafted designs. eyes and a sense of wonder that we all love during the holidays,” Coppola said in a statement.

The campaign will be announced on November 20 on Vuitton’s social channels. The French luxury brand’s resort windows will feature a multicolored light show, represented by LED monogram flowers.
