When will Squid Game Season 2 release on Netflix?

The Squid Game Season 2 release date has not been set in writing. However, fans shouldn’t expect to see it in 2022. The first season took two years to produce, and while Netflix has confirmed there will be a second season, it hasn’t even been pre-produced yet. In April 2022, series creator Hwang Dong-hyuk announced that scriptwriting for Squid Game Season 2 would begin soon, and that he hoped that it would stream on Netflix by the end of 2024.
