Spain to evacuate more Afghans families left behind after Taliban takeover – National

Spain has began a brand new evacuation operation to extract extra Afghans and their households left behind following the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.

Spain’s Protection Ministry stated Sunday that it’s working with the international ministry on a brand new evacuation mission.

“An operation is underway to extract individuals who had labored for Spain within the coming hours or days,” Protection Minister Margarita Robles stated. “Spain doesn’t depart anybody behind.”
