Sodalis Group acquires Meiyume Holdings in Germany and UK – WWD

PARIS – Italian health, beauty, beauty and personal care company Sodalis Group have acquired Lornamead in Germany and the Brisk, Rapid White and Triple Dry brands in the UK from Meiyume, based in China.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With this move, Sodalis established its first subsidiary in the German personal care market and expanded its business in the UK. The group has a presence outside Italy with subsidiaries in France, Spain and Portugal.

Following the divestment, Meiyume, part of the Fung group, retained its portfolio of Lornamead in the US, and the Simple, Cidal, Wrights, Vosene, Witch and Bristows brands in the UK.

It acquired Lornamead in 2013.
