Sims 4 Update 1.55 Patch Notes Today (March 15, 2022)

Sims 4 received the brand new 1.55 update today making some exciting new changes for the game and fans are looking for. Note of the same.

It’s been a while since we got the Sims 4 update and the developers rolled out a big free update today to players. This mainly focuses on the neighborhood stories in the game, which are already quite popular. Here are the full patch notes of the update.

We’ve added 7 new Scenarios to The Sims 4. When you launch the game today, you’ll have access to:

• Too many toddlers
  • In this updated version of the former Limited Time Scenario, aim to get the fun toddler bonus trait for these giddy kids’ enjoyment during crafting
• Troubleshooter
  • The child is a threat! Choose the villain’s path or surprise them with an arc of redemption!
• Rom-Com
  • Is this relationship a joke? Only you can write breakthroughs!
• Super rich Supervillain
  • Making a fortune is great, but you know what’s even better? Steal one.
• Extraterrestrial researcher
  • This Sim wants… to trust! Bring the truth from ‘out there’ to your own home.
• Unlucky Chef
  • Luck has nothing to do with this chef’s fire…
• No skills, no problem
  • Who said Sims need skills to make it in life? It’s time to prove your street smarts!

Fixes

The Sims 4

• We fixed an issue that was making the Wedding Venue unavailable for Base Game Weddings.
• If there is a new Scenario, you will see a notification immediately after logging into the game.
• Opening and closing the Script interface in Live Mode comes with a proper animation now.
• Simmers will no longer see the “Happy forever?” message. results for Conflict scenario when both Sims have good feelings.
• The condition for “Too many children to handle” ending in the “Too many toddlers” Scenario applies only to the toddler who was present at the start of the Scenario.
• We fixed an issue for some languages ​​that caused the Scenario result text to not fit in the text box.
• The Power Couple scenario will end now that one of your Sims gets a promotion to CEO.
• Audio feedback when starting a new Save Game Scenario and canceling a Live Mode Scenario has been improved.
• The job task interface for your active occupation will no longer clash with the Situation view when joining a career and moving to the workplace at the time of employment.
• The yfHair_SP19CurlyLowPony The hairstyle will show up in the Create a Sim now category when the Feminine Choice filter is selected.
• Fixed an issue with Scenario where asking Sims to become a spouse displayed as completed even though there was only one Sim in the family.
• The Scenario name also shows up in the Start Now Scenario view.
• When entering Create a Sim after starting a new Scenario, the household requirements will no longer be duplicated by the Create A Sim Catalog and all information on the board will be legible.
• One-Time Calling Interaction will now count towards the villainous Valentine’s Aspiration.
• We’ve also made some updates to the friendly calls your Sims receive from other Sims:
  • Your Sim will no longer be called by a Neighbor Sim and asked about being friends with another active household that your Neighboring Sim has never met before.
  • It will also be much clearer on friendly relationship calls now, whether the Sims encounter is of a loyal or romantic nature.
  • NPC Sims will now also have enough confidence and will no longer call your Sims to ask permission to befriend their spouse.

Seasons

• Your Sims who arrive on time for activity meetings will no longer be punished for being late.

Small living in the countryside

• Some Simmers reported that Cows and Llamas were stuck in their storage after the Finchwick fair ended. We’ve made it clear how to get your animals back in their cages in our closing announcement.

Right at the spa

• Choosing the “Teach/Lead” Yoga interaction will now automatically cancel “Practice Yoga”.

Strangerville

• Performing an “Ask About Career” interaction with ‘Conspiracy House’ Erwin Pris will no longer cause the Llama icon to show up on the Sim’s careers tab and when hovering over the Sim in the relationships tab, but the This will show the correct icon now.

My Wedding Story

• Ritual interactions are now available when doing Renew of the Oath or Reception at another Sim’s house.
• Sims will now appear in their appropriate outfits for the Wedding Ceremony
• Vow Renewal is currently only for Married Sims and Wedding Ceremony is only for Engaged Sims.

Romantic garden furniture package

• Ghost Sims respawn properly now while Sims are alive using the Happy Well’s “Wish for Life” interaction.

Bust The Dust Kit

• Sims no longer gain the “Cleaning Rage” angry mood when Bust the Dust is disabled.
• We also optimized the vacuum cleaner so that your Sim doesn’t need to be dusted every day.
