Set sail in the Midgard Tribe as Serpent Saga begins to build ships, New Seas and Saga Boss Jörmungandr

Midgard Tribe‘S second season, Serpent Saga, go out today with the latest update. After the update, all players will see their previous world destroyed, but a lot of new content awaits in the second season. Changes include the introduction of shipbuilding, an open marine biome, and a new Saga Boss.

There are large seas here, so the Vikings remembered that they could go into the water. All worlds, since they started fresh, will generate a larger amount of water and also contain islands to explore. On those islands you can find resources, treasure, and even some brand new creatures like seals and Selkies.

Of course, with the appearance of the sea, it makes sense that you can now build ships. Near your village you will find a dilapidated shipyard that you can rebuild with enough resources. After doing that, you’ll be able to start building boats. Build a light boat to move faster or keep learning and gathering more resources for larger and heavier ships that can also accommodate more people. In addition to sailing, you will also be able to swim short distances based on endurance.

If you’re up for new challenges, new content and new quests include a quest collection and of course, a new saga boss: Jörmungandr. This is called the Serpent Saga for a reason and he is a highly venomous World Snake in his lair while sitting on an island. All your new skills will come in handy. There’s also a new set of snake armor that includes crafting gear options, new pets including the Baby Jormie, if you want a little snake reminder of epic battle.

If you have some time between swimming, sailing and exploring, there are new rooms, new landmarks, new challenges, including defeating two Saga bosses in a single world challenge (because Fenrir is still out there).
