SEPTA riders watched as woman was raped, police say
The suspect, Fiston Ngoy, 35, has been charged with a number of crimes, together with rape and aggravated indecent assault, in keeping with court records. He’s being held on the Delaware County jail on $180,000 bail. As soon as Ngoy was arrested, the girl — who has not been publicly recognized — was taken to a hospital for remedy.
