Sega’s new fragrance line proves that no gaming merch is too strange

Gamers who’ve spent their lives wondering what Sonic the Hedgehog might smell like are finally in luck. Together with Numskull Designs, the old company Sega announced some new merchandise: a unisex fragrance line that supposedly smells like the three iconic game protagonists. ONE Yakuza scent, Shenmue scent, and Sonic the Hedgehog The scents are available on the brand’s online store for EU customers.

It has been confirmed that Sega and RGG Studios are working on Yakuza 8, and the company also recently trademarked the title “Sonic Frontiers.” It seems no coincidence that this exotic fragrance has a special theme around those two brands.
