‘Scream’ fans are debating the best new character of the latest movie

The new one Screaming The movie is currently playing in theaters and horror fans are loving this re-release of the legendary assassin series. Thankfully, the series – from Radio Silence directors Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin – doesn’t lose continuity and brings in famous stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox. At the same time, however, it also replenished its cast with a host of new characters, many of which were immediately drawn to the fandom.

In fact, there is some debate as to who the newest is the newest character Screaming put into space is. On the r/Scream subreddit, Redditor u / xenomorph7777 got the ball by choosing Jack Quaid’s Richie, Sam Carpenter’s boyfriend, Melissa Barrera’s last girl, as their favorite character. What makes Richie so popular is that he’s likable for most of the film’s run, before he’s revealed to be one of the killers.
However, Richie’s fellow Ghostface received some love from other fans, as another commenter marked Mikey Madison’s Amber as their favorite character.
Lots of people love Chad Meeks-Martin (Mason Gooding), Randy’s usually hilarious grandson who managed to survive the massacre. Hopefully, he’ll come back Screaming 6.
Don’t forget Chad’s twin sister, Mindy (Jasmin Savoy Brown), as she is definitely her uncle’s niece, with her encyclopedic knowledge of horror cinema.
Tara by Jenna Ortega, Sam’s sister, who has been attacked by Ghostface for years but remains strong, is another popular choice.
Quaid is an actor that audiences have fallen in love with, thanks to his role as Hughie on the superhero show Amazon. Boys, so it’s no surprise that he’s emerged as a fan-favorite new character, especially since his character’s murderous nature is the film’s best turning point. But he’s not the only one making an impact on fans. All, latest Screaming assembled a cast of characters to compete with the 1996 original.
