‘Rust’ script supervisor sues producers, including Alec Baldwin, says footage doesn’t call for shooting

Script supervisor Mamie Mitchell is suing the “Rust” producers and several production companies, as well as actor and producer Alec Baldwin, who shot the pistol that killed Hutchins on October 21; Hannah Gutierrez, director of gun safety on set; and Dave Halls, the first assistant director who delivered the gun to Baldwin. Mitchell said she was also injured in the incident and is seeking damages for assault, intentional mental distress and willful harm.
