Robert Morse, the actor best known for “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” and “Mad Men,” has died at the age of 90.

LOS ANGELES – Robert Morse, the longtime actor known for his roles in “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” and “Mad Men,” has died at the age of 90.

Morse’s son Charlie confirmed his father’s death to Eyewitness News on Wednesday night.

Morse starred in the play “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” on Broadway in 1961 and won a Tony Award for his performance. In 1967, he starred in the film version.

He also appeared in the AMC series “Mad Men.” His performance as Bertram Cooper on the show earned him five Emmy Award nominations.

In 1992, he won the Tony Award for the second time. That was while playing Truman Capote in “Tru.”

At the age of 85, he returned to Broadway to star opposite Nathan Lane in the 2016 revival of “The Front Page”.

Details of Morse’s death were not immediately available.
