Richmond, BC collision, motorcyclist dead – BC

RCMP is investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcycle in Richmond, BC Monday.

Emergency crews were called to the Russ Baker Way and Inglis Drive area around 12:30 p.m. to cause the crash involving the motorcycle and a “transport bus,” police said.

Images from the scene showed what appeared to be a private ambulance, dubbed the “event paramedic,” as one of the vehicles involved in the collision.

Woman, 35, dies in motorcycle accident in North Okanagan: RCMP

The motorcyclist died at the scene, police said, while the driver of the other vehicle was uninjured.

Richmond RCMP’s Criminal Collision Investigation Team is leading the case.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has video taken at the scene is asked to contact Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212.
