Renowned Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz Provides Kyle Rittenhouse’s Critical View of Innocence; Predict what the teen’s next action will be

Renowned Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz spoke of the verdicts in Kyle Rittenhouse’s murder trial after jurors acquitted him of all five counts including two Friday afternoon murder charges.
Newsmax summarized the incident, note: “Rittenhouse, 18, was charged with murder, attempted murder and reckless endangerment of killing two men and wounding a third with an AR-style semi-automatic rifle on summer of 2020 during a tumultuous night protesting the shooting of a black man, Jacob Blake, by a white Kenosha cop. “
And while the rulings may surprise some casual watchers of the trial, anyone watching more closely will be much less surprised, Dershowitz told Newsmax’s “John Bachman Now.”
“You have the main witness, the alleged victims say ‘he didn’t shoot me until I raised the gun and aimed at him,'” said the famous law professor. “That was really the end of the case. That is a correct judgment. ”
That said, Dershowitz went on to say that no one should smear the actions of teenagers.
“He shouldn’t have gone to Kenosha,” he said.
“He shouldn’t have carried a gun, but that wasn’t the point in the trial. The prosecution tried to bring that up. But the question is whether he has a right to be there and his life is in danger,” he said.
“Are his interests in jeopardy when people come to him with fists, skateboards and aiming guns? The answer to that seems obvious, especially when you have a burden of proof before the prosecution to prove the absence of the right to self-defence. “
In the end, “it’s the right verdict and it’s the American justice system, which is working,” Dershowitz noted, however.
Newsmax adds, “Reports that Rittenhouse carried his gun across state lines are also inaccurate, Dershowitz said, as evidence suggests a friend bought it for Rittenhouse and he picked it up in Kenosha. .”
“The point is, he wasn’t put on trial for crossing state lines and participating in a violent protest,” the lawyer professor said. “It’s not a fee. Allegations of murder and attempted murder. “
Dershowitz goes on to predict that Rittenhouse, who has potentially been lied to by many legitimate media outlets, could sue but he probably won’t.
“He was pleased with the verdict,” he said. “He will continue.”
Here is a rundown of the responses from social media regarding the ruling:
A Portland #antifa account lamented that Kyle #Rittenhouse likely won’t be convicted of murder but says the “opposite” is that he would be more likely to kill. https://t.co/tdxeJJ11k8 pic.twitter.com/v7n4nzv1Bk

This is at least the third Democrat to baselessly accuse KR of being a white supremacist. It was disgusting and their obsession with race injecting into every conversation even when it was unrelated was deranged. https://t.co/xOV8P1LsJf

A clear demonstration that Democrats and leftist extremists, don’t care about the US Constitution or the rule of law.

Justice has been done. Kyle Rittenhouse was unjustly exploited by a dishonest press and politicians to advance their destiny. If there is a riot, these slanderous merchants will bear a lot of responsibility.

Those who threatened riots in Kenosha should probably reconsider today’s sentencing…

He was protecting a man who was a serial pedophile and another who strangled a woman. That said Mayor Bill de Blasio is also fanning the flames of a riot. You know as well the Democrats. https://t.co/YY9n5txkmU
