Why it’s annoying: Each time I say it on the job, I really feel like I’ve failed by some means as a human being.
Why not simply say: “You and I make a very good staff.”

Why it’s annoying: It seems like a time period you utilize whenever you wish to sound extra essential.
Why not simply say: added worth

“Ingesting the Kool-Assist”
Why it’s annoying: The saying is “there’s no such factor as unhealthy publicity.” The origin of this phrase comes from tragedy. The mass suicide of tons of of individuals to a madman must be an exception to that rule, no?
Why not simply say: “all in” or “true believer” or “no questions requested”

“It’s what it’s”
Why it’s annoying: You’re basically saying: “I’ve no accountability for all of the unhealthy issues which can be occurring and I hope this inane phrase ends the controversy.”
Why not simply say: “We really feel defeated and there’s nothing we are able to do.”
