Reliance Retail-Just Dial deal: Reliance Retail Ventures buys shares worth over Rs 1,332 cr in Just Dial

New Delhi: Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd on Tuesday bought shares value over Rs 1,332 crore in Just Dial Ltd, by means of an open market transaction. The scrips had been offloaded by Simply Dial’s promoter, Venkatachalam Sthanu Subraman.

Based on block deal knowledge on the BSE, Reliance Retail Ventures purchased 1.3 crore scrips at a median value of Rs 1,020 apiece.

The entire deal worth stood at Rs 1,332.23 crore.

The scrips had been offered by Subraman on the similar value.

Based on the shareholding knowledge for the June 2021 quarter, Subraman is a promoter of the agency and held 30.9 per cent stake.
