RARE EXPORTS Director Jalmari Helander Helming a WWII Action Film Titled IMMORTAL — GeekTyrant

Sony Footage Worldwide Acquisitions acquired the rights to director Jalmari Helander’s subsequent movie venture, a World Conflict II motion movie Immortal. Helander is the director behind movies equivalent to Uncommon Exports and Large Sport.

The film stars Jorma Tommila (Uncommon Exports) and Paul Anderson (The Revenant, Peaky Blinders). The story is ready in 1945, and it follows an ex-soldier named Aatami (Tommila), “who discovers gold within the deep wilderness of Lapland. When he makes an attempt to take his loot into the town, a squadron of Nazi troopers led by a brutal SS officer (Anderson) get in his method and a battle for the gold ensues between the lone soldier and the Nazis.”

Helander shared in a press release, “To make an motion movie in Finland has been a dream of mine since I used to be 10 years previous. Lastly I’m in a scenario the place I can fulfill my dream and make an epic, action-packed survival story which takes place in World Conflict II.”

This sounds prefer it’ll be a cool WWII film! I actually preferred Uncommon Exports and I’m certain the director goes to do some enjoyable issues with this subsequent flick of his.
