RAMZES666 and Fng Join Forces Under ‘CIS Denials’

Dota 2’s competitive landscape has undergone some epic roster changes after a long time, but it seems some experienced players are having a hard time finding viable teams. On Valve’s Professional Registration Page, famous Eastern European (EEU) players like Roman “RAMZES666“Kushnarev and Artsiom”FNG“Barshak has joined forces under the banner of ‘CIS Denials’.” On this list are other former NAVI members as well as a young mid laner from the EEU region. CIS Rejects will compete in the open qualifiers of the EEU regional tournament in the Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) 2021-22.

RAMZES666 returns with other ‘CIS Rejections’

Valve’s Majors registration page saw some of Eastern Europe’s most popular Dota 2 gamers sign up under the CIS Rejects banner on November 17, 2021.

  • Roman”RAMZES666“Kushnarev

  • Gleb”depressed child“Zyryanov

  • Pavel”9pasha“Khvastunov

  • Vladimir”RodjER“Nikogosian

  • Artsiom”FNG“Barshak

Both RAMZES666 and RodjER last played for NAVI during DPC 2021. RodjER has been part of the team since the start of the season while RAMZES666, in a controversial move, joined before the second half of the season. Instead of playing in first place, he joined NAVI as a third place player. The team had a very bad performance at the second regional tournament and at the regional qualifiers of The International 10 (TI10) After TI10, the entire list has been put inactive and both RAMZES666 and RodjER left the group.

9pasha last played for NAVI as part of its active roster in September 2020. But over the past year, he has been in a group called Prosti Esli with different players. The team has not been able to produce any notable results for most of the tournaments they participate in.

Fng recently parted ways with Alliance after taking the No. 5 spot for a good part of 2020 and getting through DPC 2021. The team was a highly regarded force in the regional league, however, they didn’t. find similar results at Major or TI10.

Four of these players have gained notoriety through past successes, but the fifth member, the depressed kid, is an exception. The depressed boy is a 17-year-old mid laner from Russia, and is currently on the bench for Team Empire on loan from Team Unique. While his professional career is still in its early stages, he is slowly climbing the ranks of the MMR Leaderboard.

After a disappointing season last year, at least for most players, CIS Rejects is hoping to gain momentum for the upcoming season. The team is most likely to be formed with a competitive schedule in the first regional league and some players may choose to part ways if they have better offers in the future or if they do not find success. With regards to team members, there are a lot of opinions on how CIS Rejects performs in the open qualifiers of the EEU regional tournament scheduled to take place from November 26 to 28, 2021.
