Rachel Uchitel Sues Seeking Arrangement for Non-Payment Over Matt Gaetz Scandal

Rachel Uchitel said Sorted Search dropped her as a bad habit as a spokesperson for the dating site after Matt Gatez scandal … so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Tiger Woods‘the former mistress filed legal documents claiming Seeking Arrangement terminated her contract because of the company’s mouthpiece just 3 months after the settlement… claims it happened only because of public company scared after congressman from Florida was linked to dating service.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Uchitel said she and Seeking Arrangement signed a six-month agreement in February to become the company’s spokesperson. She says the deal is called $20k per month in exchange for removing the concept of sugar daddy.

Uchitel says she did her job well… and got paid for the first few months. However, then Gaetz was investigated by the federal government into allegations that he paid young women for sexual encounters. with an underage woman … linked him to Search Sort and accused him of being a member of the site.

Uchitel stated that she had no connection with Gaetz, and the Seeking Arrangement staff member told her to stay by Gaetz’s side during interviews. She said she was told the scandal was “a very serious crisis for the company.”

She said that the CEO asked her to invite 4 young women to use the site to create a video proving that the site did not exploit them. She said she had followed the order but was later told that the company was undergoing a rebranding and that required termination of her contract.

She is suing Seeking Arrangement for the money owed, along with damages for tarnishing her reputation. She also wants money for emotional release.
