R. Kelly Associate sentenced to 8 years in federal prison for arson of Azriel Clary
One R kelly partner has just been sentenced to 8 years in prison!
Back in June 2020, Azriel Clary-one of R kellyEx-girlfriend and victim – woke up to find her car on fire outside her Central Florida home. She said she saw someone fleeing the scene shortly after and she also asserted that the arsonist also tried to set her house on fire.
Ten months after the arson attack, one of the R kellyknown associates–Michael Williams–admit to being the culprit. Especially, Michael Williams the set Azriel ClaryThe car caught fire to threaten her not to testify at a disgraced singer’s sex-trafficking trial – although she eventually stood to testify and help convict R Kelly. Michael Williams entered a plea agreement and was charged with one count of arson – with the heavier charge of federal witness tampering which was dropped altogether.
Now, there is an update to the issue. Yesterday (Wednesday, November 17th), Michael Williams sentenced to 8 years in federal prison. After he was convicted, a statement was released by Azriel Clary was read in the courtroom:
“It is very sad to see a man lose his freedom; However, the crimes that have been committed are not only evil but also disturbing. My mental state was greatly impaired by fear, invasion of privacy, and trauma among many other things. Because of your actions, I live in fear and have had to relocate my whole life. In that house were not only adults but also animals and children under 10 years old. My family is hurting and suffering because of this illegal act. I hope this life-changing event gives you time to reflect on your actions. ”
