Quincy Barnes, 16, shot to death in Prince George County

“This past weekend, another teenager was shot in Prince George County, and unfortunately in this case, the victim lost her life as a result of this act of gun violence,” said County Administrator Angela D. alsobrooks (D), said in a statement. “While we do not yet know the full circumstances of this case, what we do know is that this tragic act of gun violence is unconscionable and should never have happened.”
