Quebec reports 33 COVID-19 deaths hospitalized, ICU cases continue to fall – Montreal

Quebec is reporting 33 more deaths from COVID-19 on Saturday as the number of hospitalized and intensive care patients continued to decline.

The health ministry said the number of hospital admissions fell by 94 from the previous day to 2,447.

The number of people on the intensive care list decreased by 3 people to 181 people.

Officials reported a 96 drop in COVID-19 hospitalizations on Friday after a 93 drop on Thursday.

The province is reporting 2,955 new confirmed cases with molecular testing, limited to certain higher-risk groups.

Healthcare workers administered 46,030 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine on Friday.
