PUBG January Update Patch: New Bang: New Modes, Weapons, and More

PUBG: New Bang The January update is coming out next week and will introduce patch 0.9.23 to the battle royale.

A lot of new content will be released in this patch. This includes extreme battle royale modes, P90 submachine guns, balance changes and more. It will also mark the end of the game’s pre-season with the start of the first official season.

New mode: BR pole

• In it, 64 players will drop themselves into a smaller area of ​​Mr. Troi to fight for victory. Matches will last only 20 minutes.
• Troi’s playable area will be randomly selected and may change during each match. There will be an increased number of vehicles and weapons to deliver faster-paced action.
• The plane will fly at a lower altitude so that the player can parachute to the ground faster. Delivery drones will arrive faster and wait times to call back dead teammates have also been reduced.
• Each player will be equipped with a P1911 pistol, a smoke grenade, 300 drone credits, and fully charged speedometers from the start of the match.
• When the match starts, two care packs will drop into random locations with more advanced equipment.

New weapon: P90

• The P90 is a submachine gun (SMG). It will appear with a second degree transform and a suppressor and cannot be modified with other attachments. Weapons will use 5.77mm ammunition.
• It will only come through Care Packages.
• Ammo 5.77 will also be added to the Drone Store.

New gun customizations

DP-28 [C2] Access to the Muzzle slot

• Machine guns are gaining access to a new slot to allow players to attach Flash Hider or Compensator to weapons.
• However, these attachments will slightly reduce the DP-28’s damage.

• The attachment will reduce bullet propagation when fired from the hip or shoulder. It also increases ADS speed.

Weapons

New action and animation improvements

Parkour Roll

• A new action mechanic will appear in PUBG: New Bang.
• Players can now perform somersaults when jumping off the high surface of a moving vehicle just before hitting the ground.
• It can be done by tapping the scroll button at the right time.
• Performing a Parkour Roll will reduce fall damage.

Sudden dash

• When the player lies on his stomach and sprints forward, the character will rush into the sprint while standing up for a smoother transition.

Improved character animations

• The delay when alternating between sitting and standing is being reduced.
• The delay that occurs when landing after jumping is also being reduced.

Change balance BR . Mode

General changes

• Blue Zone speed is being increased.
• Blue Zone early and mid game damage is also being increased.
• The timeout for the final stage of the zone is being increased to 20 seconds.
• The normal deployable shield is being removed from the game. Now only wide type will be available.
• The number of Custom Sets on the map is being increased significantly.

Troy-specific changes

• The number of Drone Credits in Vermont is decreasing.
• Novas will now be found on the main road.

Season one

• Pre-season levels will be reset for all regions and modes based on the highest levels achieved by players.
• Rewards for achieving Contenders, Masters and Conqueror are being upgraded.
• Match scores and level evaluation standards are being improved.
• A small amount of points will be awarded if the player selects multiple maps.
