A brave protester interrupted an evening broadcast on Russia’s state television network Channel One on Monday with a sign blaring President Vladimir Putin’s war against Ukraine.

“Stop the war. No war! ” the woman shouted as she held up a sign that read, “Don’t believe the propaganda. They are lying to you.”
