Prosecutors in Bill Cosby case ask Supreme Court to reinstate sexual assault conviction

Cosby and Andrea Constand, an employee at Temple University, Cosby’s alma mater, who accused him of drugging and harassing her, later settled a civil lawsuit. The criminal case, which Castor has refused to prosecute, was reopened in 2015 after a judge sealed parts of Cosby’s dismissal in the civil case. That decision was made shortly after that a dozen women accused Cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them.
