Prosecutor Rittenhouse Firearm Safety Violation, Finger-triggered AR-15 Points in Court Full of People

Twitter users are criticizing the attorney prosecuting Thomas Binger during Kyle Rittenhouse’s trial for the way he wielded an AR-15 during a courtroom protest.
During the closing debate, Binger wanted to make his case for how Rittenhouse allegedly put people at risk and defenseless during a riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where the teenager was charged with shooting three people and killing two.
Instead, all attention turned to Binger’s poor gun discipline.
He held the AR-15 rifle with his finger on the trigger and pointed it at the jury.

Shooting range and gun shop 717 Armory provides a perfect summary of the most important rules of safe gun.
“Gun Safety Rules are to treat every gun as if it were loaded, keep your finger off the trigger until you want to fire your gun, never aim the gun at anyone or anyone. something you don’t want to kill or destroy, and keep an eye on your target and whatever or whoever is behind it. ”
Do you think Rittenhouse will be acquitted?
Whether you agree with the point Binger is trying to make or not, he broke all of those rules.
“No, it doesn’t matter if the room has been cleared and no bullets have been inserted,” said Kevin McMahon of Townhall, dismissing anyone who could justify a lack of gun safety.

Former National Rifle Association spokeswoman Dana Loesch compared Binger to an actor Alec Baldwin, who accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins last month on the set of “Rust.”
Baldwin’s prop gun was supposed to only have empty slots but instead had live ammunition inside.
“ABSOLUTE. Don’t pull Baldwin,” Loesch tweeted.

Whatever the case may be, this is a completely irresponsible move by Binger. His entire case revolved around gun safety and responding appropriately to situations, and this image discredited him with the public.
After arguments close on Monday, the jury is expected to weigh in and reach a verdict on Rittenhouse’s allegations. For now, Binger’s AR-15 demonstration will continue to be mocked on social media.
