Prosecutor Bill O’Reilly’s Andrea Macris says he wants people to “understand” the “terror” of forced NDAs.

Andrea Macris, the woman who accused Fox News star Bill O’Reilly of harassment 17 years ago, is finally raising her voice. She did so in mid-July exclusive interview with media reporter for The Daily Beast Diana Falzone, and he talks again about this special episode Unusual new podcast with Diana and host Molly Jong-Fast.

Macris never wanted to be silent, but his non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with Fox has done so to this day.

“The act of breaking it is almost a defensive act,” he said. You know, it’s like, no matter what he wants to do with me, I’m going to be fine, ”she tells Molly.

So what exactly did he do? Macris remembers the dinner that it all started when she told him to get a vibrator and find a younger man. When she finally turned to him to tell him to “stick with him” and he would walk away, she realized that something terrible had begun: “His face has changed in front of me. It was horrible. ”

She tells Molly what she was going to report, why she claims her NDA was a “forced arbitrator” and with tears claiming that Fox News legal adviser, Dianna Brandi, destroyed her tape evidence .

Macris says he could not rely on his personal attorneys, one of whom claims he was “raped and coerced” into signing the NDA. “He put his hands down hard. He said: ‘You did not apply to us for trial. You hired us to stop him. That’s just as good. ” She tells her. (Falzone shares Fox’s reaction to these allegations in part).

She knows what the risk is by sharing this information – her NDA was a $ 9 million settlement – but she says everything she has to pay will be worth it: “If I have to pay the breach. , this is less than the cost of the last 17 years. I tell you, I take the risk, because it is unbearable. ”
