Surrey metropolis council has handed a controversial bylaw modification that limits what indicators individuals can have on their lawns.
Council voted 5-4 Monday night time to develop a bylaw round election signage to cowl residents’ initiatives, making it unlawful to have any indicators on lawns till two weeks earlier than a vote.
