Possible medical condition causes deadly Kansas City, Kansas crash

KANSAS CITY, Kan – The Kansas Highway Patrol is investigating after it said a possible health condition caused a man to drive on the road in Kansas City, Kansas and crash into a building home on Friday morning.

The crash was reported just after 7 a.m. near Interstate 35 and Southwest Avenue.

KHP said the driver was heading north on the ramp connecting I-35 to Southwest Avenue when a possible health condition caused him to leave the roadway and crash into a building.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene and identified as Bradley S. Dupin, 62, of Overland Park. He was wearing his seat belt, according to KHP.
