Pork chops recipe with horseradish green beans gets a flavor boost from compound butter

The butter adds whipped cream and some horseradish, but I made this, from the American Test Kitchen’s “Five Ingredient Dinner,” without the horseradish and that way it’s pretty good. (The whole recipe actually includes 10 ingredients, but the point of the ATK book is that you’ve got half of what you need – butter, lemon, salt, pepper, oil and some water – on hand, so you only have to buy five items.)
