Police now say 9 people hurt in crash outside Montreal polling station

9 individuals have been taken to hospital in a crash outdoors of a federal polling station Monday night in Montreal’s West Island.

Véronique Comtois, spokesperson for Montreal police, confirmed the up to date variety of accidents on Tuesday morning.

Eight of the 9 individuals, together with a baby, suffered non-life-threatening accidents. A 77-year-old lady stays in an “unsure” situation, in line with Comtois.

Police mentioned it seems the driving force, a 51-year-old lady, misplaced management of her car as she was making a flip within the parking zone in Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

A gaggle of individuals, who have been ready by the doorways of the polling station, have been struck. A number of emergency autos have been dispatched to the scene after calls flooded 911.
